At 3:00 am Brittney told the nurse that something was wrong. By 3:15 am she stopped breathing and the doctors worked on her. They were able to revive her and take her to ICU.
We're being told that the next 24-48 hours are very critical as her heart's rhythm needs to stay strong and steady with the meds they're giving her. The doctors also said that because she was without oxygen for over 30 minutes, it's possible that she has brain damage. Right now she's too critical for further testing to see if there is brain damage or how much (if any).
We're an emotional wreck, but we're holding on spiritually. Please lift Brittney, mom & family to the Lord at this time. Especially pray Brittney through this critical time.
