Brittney has successfully transitioned to rehabilitation services. Yesterday she sat up on a mat with the assistance of the therapists. Today, they stood her up on a special device and she did well. She said a couple of words today! She said the number "one" while receiving therapy, and she said her little sister's name "Erin" today.
She's been breathing successfully on her own without the tracheostomy for the past few days. Because of this, they will completely remove the tracheostomy in a couple of days. We're rejoicing and praising God for progression! Great is His faithfulness!
We're believing God for continued improvements for Brittney + more responsiveness and ability to follow commands. Please continue to pray and stand in agreement with us.
